An Admissions Counselor will reach out to you to finalize details for enrollment. Once the curriculum is fully paid for, we will set you up with access to the CLC School Portal, all software, and supplemental programs/resources.
We must receive all transcripts and medical records within 30 days of enrollment.
The curriculum includes content specific lessons, simulations, games, quizzes, video walkthroughs, practice problems, printable worksheets, and summative assessments. Add-ons are available upon request.
You will have access to the curriculum for 12 months; with an option to extend or fast track. We highly recommend following state guidelines and curriculum maps for completion.
Scholarships are available to help reduce the cost of add-on packages. Payment plans are available upon request.
VIRTUAL
A virtual CLC School student will receive access to the curriculum for completion in the comforts of their own home. They will be given a basic curriculum map for completion and records of all attempts/submission. The Teacher Assistance/Activity fee add-on is optional, but can be provided via web conference when requested. Periodically updates and guidance will be provided.
HYBRID
A hybrid CLC School student will receive access to the curriculum for completion in the comforts of their own home; and/or onsite at our Center in Newnan, GA weekdays from 9-1:00pm. The Teacher Assistance/Activity fee add-on is mandatory. Students participate in field trips, recreation, and enrichment. Our Certified Teacher or Paraprofessional will assist the students with pacing, efforts, guided practice, and keep students on track.
CLC School is a digital learning institution. It is our mandatory fee that provides direct support to the technology infrastructure. The revenue generated by this fee is dedicated for the upgrading, expansion, and support of our technology resources. All curriculum and supplemental resources can be accessed through various platforms.
It is a fee that provides support to students to improve their out-of-class and educational experience. Students participate in social, recreational, cultural programs and enrichment free of charge or for a nominal charge.
The Center for Learning & Cultivation school has been verified for accreditation with Cognia, formerly AdvancEd as a digital learning institution. Final reviews are pending to complete accreditation.
All records, transcripts, and curriculum properly aligns with state standards. We have students enrolled in several states that have transferred in/out without delay or issues.
